Legend, Tristan and Isolde: Palamedes attacking Knights of Round Table -- Palamedes, wearing black helmet and armor, raising sword with right hand is astride caparisoned horse wearing face armor with plume. He gallops after four (?) knights, hindmost two wearing helmets and armor, one gold, holding lances back over right shoulders, astride bridled horses. Scene in landscape with trees and rock formations in foreground.
