Zodiac Sign: Aquarius -- In lower left corner, nude man, standing on bank of stream, holds overturned vase with both hands, pouring water into the stream. Bear, wearing collar and chain (?), crouches on opposite bank his right front paw holding fishing pole with fish on the line. Behind the bear, roller is on ground.
Margins decorated with border of floreate ornament including rose, columbine and dianthus, and inhabited by birds, butterfly, and snail.
