Month, Occupation: January -- Youth carries charger of food with both hands toward draped table at which sit woman, wearing cap, and man, wearing hat. Scene in room with draped cabinet, with vessels and plates on top, fireplace with fire burning, and tiled floor.
Zodiac Sign: Aquarius -- In blue cloud at upper left is figure pouring water from jug.
Initials KL with floreate ornament.
In lower margin are looped, knotted cords connected to gold frame around miniature and text.
