Emblem consists of central medallion, enclosing statue of Memnon, with mouth open to sing, on top of platform with sculptural decoration, as sun rises. Above medallion, two eagles hold wreath of oak (?) leaves, tied with ribbon, enclosing motto VIX CONSPECTVS GRATVM CANIT. Flanking medallion are two heads, wearing helmets with plumes, and below are two dogs, barking, flanking rabbit lying on foliage.
