Christ and Apostles -- Christ, cross-nimbed, showing wounds in hands, holding cross-surmounted globe in left hand, and raising right hand in blessing, stands flanked by eleven apostles, including tonsured Peter and James Major, wearing pilgrim's hat with shell, and one with joined hands. Above, dove of Holy Ghost, nimbed, emanating rays, and inscription PAX VOBIS. All within decorated initial E.
In lower margin, beehive-shaped bird trap made of leaves, with wooden perches extending from round opening in right side. Three birds perch there, one perhaps a thrush, four in air, robin and blackbird on ground flanking stuffed owl (as lure) on tree stump, amid foliate ornament.
