Maurice of Aganum, nimbed, as soldier, holding with right hand cross inscribed banner, wearing cross inscribed tunic, astride bridled caparisoned horse, its trappings decorated with crosses and inscribed MAVRICI[US] SANCTVS. Second horseman next to Maurice, is astride caparisoned horse. One of group of soldiers, carrying spears, behind them carries cross inscribed banner; another holds cross, wears sword at waist and shield at left shoulder.
Border around two sides of the miniature of blue foliate ornament, serpents, fantastic animals, busts of women, strings of beads, head or mask, with escutcheon decorated with heraldry of Guillaume Lallemont (gules a chevron or between three roses argent centered or), all on gold ground.
