Christ: Crucifixion -- Half-figure of Christ, nimbed, crowned with thorns, eyes closed, head inclined, wearing loin cloth, with his blood flowing from wounds in hands and side, is affixed to cross. At left is Virgin Mary, nimbed, veiled, with joined hands raised. Behind her is Evangelist John, nimbed, with clasped hands raised. Behind them is group of figures (most with only tops of heads visible). At right are three soldiers, wearing armor and helmets and holding spears.
Margins are decorated initials A and M.
