Confessio Amantis: Scene, Diogenes of Sinope meeting Alexander the Great -- Next to doorway of building, Diogenes, wearing fur lined cloak, gesturing with both hands, stands in barrel, and looks toward Alexander the Great astride bridled horse, gesturing with right hand and raising left hand.
