Virgin Mary: Annunciation -- Virgin Mary, nimbed, stands at prie dieu with open book in chemise. Archangel Gabriel, nimbed, wearing stole inscribed with crosses, kneels on one knee before her, right hand on breast and holding staff in left hand.
Above, God, nimbed, appearing amid aureole emitting rays of light, raises right hand in blessing and holds tripartite globe surmounted by cross in left hand. Angels support aureole.
Dove of Holy Ghost descends amid rays of light toward Virgin Mary.
Scene within room with view of city through colonnade. Beyond colonnade, stairs lead to garden.
Miniature within illusionistic frame.
