Christ: Presentation -- Virgin Mary, nimbed, with joined hands, kneels at altar, flanked by four (?) women, one with joined hands, and by Joseph the Carpenter, holding basket with raised hands, kneeling. On opposite side of the altar, Simeon, leans over the altar, holding with draped hands, nude Christ Child, rays as cross nimbus. Two men stand at right. Interior scene in illusionistic space, with columns, lancets, niches, and apse. Altar decorated with blind arcade in which are figural reliefs. Text below miniature is beginning of Hours of the Virgin, None.
