Roman de la Rose: Scene, Jealous Husband beating Wife -- Jealous husband, raising club with right hand, grasps with left hand hair of woman, joined hands extended, kneeling before him. They are flanked by man and woman, both gesturing.
Scene before stone or brick arch, against gold background, enclosed in pink and blue frame with gold corners.
On following folio (63v), champide initial L beginning text LORS LA PRENT ESPOIR DE UENUE / CIL QUI DE MAUTALANT TRESSUE.
