Psalm 098 (Vulg., 097):
Six clerics in copes stand before open book on lectern.
Scene against gold background within initial C decorated with foliate and interlace ornament.
In left margin, hybrid man with bat wings and small animal, possibly ape, praying toward initial C.
In lower margin (bas-de-page) on foliate bar, scene possibly of bird-baiting, target practice, or bird snaring. Group of six men, one holding object, look toward duck or goose hanging from forked stick, bleeding, above object on ground similar to object held by the man. Between them heraldic shield (gules a band or with a label azure) and male figure pointing toward the bird.
