Psalm 001 (Hebraic, 001).
1) David: as Musician -- Within upper register of initial B, David, crowned, seated on bench, plays harp. To his left is gittern.
2) David: slinging at Goliath -- Within lower register of initial B, David holds sling with stone in right hand and turns toward Goliath, wearing mail, with sword and shield, raising right hand. He is struck by stone in face.
Scenes on gold background within initial B decorated with foliate ornament.
