Decorated initial O of OR ME DI COMMENT TU AS NOM / BEELZEBUS M’APELE ON ..., enclosing bust of tonsured priest.
Margins decorated with foliate stems and balls.
Beelzebub, inscribed in text, horned, holding grapnel above three male heads in cauldron above flames, and head of hybrid animal above, in right margin.
Hybrid animal with horns, in lower margin; two birds and hybrid bird in left margin; and nimbed head of male saint, in upper margin.
