Julius Caesar: Scene, Civil Wars, Pompey dreaming of Julia -- Group of men, wearing wide brimmed hats on ship with sail, including Pompey, wearing turban-like headgear over hood, reclining on the ship’s deck, eyes closed (dreaming), before him is vision of Julia, as skeleton, wearing hood. Another man, wearing brimmed hat, holds rope in hands, sits on upper deck of the ship. Figures painted in grisaille. Decorated with ivy-rinceaux and floreate ornament in border above and below left column, including daisies, miniature within gold frame.
