Scene, Liturgical: Obsequies -- Within initial D, one of three clerics, tonsured, holds staff with right hand and open book with left hand, and wearing stole crossed on breast. One holds right hand on breast, and the third has hands in sleeves. All stand behind draped bed on which reclines man wearing hat and hood, hands crossed on abdomen.

Margins decorated with border of floreate ornament forming medallion at three corners enclosing: putto playing horn; landscape in which deer is chased by dog (?); landscape with walking horse followed by man carrying staff over shoulder. In left margin, butterfly and bird. In right margin, bird and profile head of man wearing hat. In lower margin, vase flanked by two putti, each with arm around handle of vase; flowers emerging from the vase.
