Christ: bearing Cross -- Christ, nimbus as rays, wearing crown of thorns, bearing tau-cross on right shoulder amid three soldiers, one raising club, the others holding spears and another man, leading the Christ by rope tied around His waist. Margins decorated with border of strewn flowers, including forget-me-not, columbine, and wild rose. Miniature at beginning of Sext in Short Hours of the Cross.
