Virgin Mary: Visitation -- Virgin Mary, nimbed, and Elizabeth, nimbed, veiled and wearing wimple, embrace.
Scene in landscape with trees, church and other buildings in background.
Foliate initial D decorated with columbine. Margins decorated with border of floreate and foliate ornament including strawberry and daisy, and inhabited by bear sitting on haunches wearing hood around neck and holding object, by hybrid man with bird body, and by fantastic animal.
