Roman de la Rose: Scene, Lover fearing to lose Goodwill of Welcome -- Lover, labelled in scroll, wearing draped headgear, bends his head and raises left hand to breast, before Personification of Welcome, labelled in scroll, wearing headdress, extending right hand toward the Lover and raising left hand to her dress.
Scene against filigree background within frame sprouting foliage, at left of which is scroll, inscribed in red and blue, VOEZ CY L’AMANTE ET BELACUEL.
