Three-headed Trinity, each head nimbed with rays as cross nimbus, raises right hand in gesture of blessing and extends left hand to Adam, nude, seated on ground next to tree and rocky outcrop.
Miniature with background of gold scroll work; blue heads appear above arch inside frame of miniature.
Margins decorated with border of gold rinceaux inhabited by hybrid man wearing hat and hood, raising candle or stick with both hands, wearing shield on left shoulder; fantastic animal; and hybrid man wearing hood. Gold geometric ornament at each corner of miniature.
