Miniature, column: Initial D enclosing man, eyes closed, body slung with purse, and reclining beside staff, out of his left shoulder is drawn nude soul, with both raised arms grasped by lowered arms of flying angel (Angel: Scene, bearing Soul to Heaven); against gold background, at beginning of Collect for First Sunday after Feast of Trinity. Margins decorated on three sides with scrolling floreate and foliate decoration, including strawberry, inhabited by half figures of two prophets, wearing draped headgear or hat, emerging from clouds, holding scrolls inscribed HIC A(U)T(EM) CO(N)SOLA(M) and possibly TU NO(MINE) CRUCE(M) (left).
