Christ: Ascension -- Virgin Mary, veiled, and twelve apostles, including Peter, tonsured, kneel with hands raised. Above is Christ, as half figure (lower half), with right hand in gesture of blessing, dissappearing into clouds at top. Scene in decorated initial U with foliate and architectural ornament.
Border composed of bands of foliate ornament, inhabited by numerous hybrid men. Bands interrupted by quatrefoils and medallions enclosing portraits of men and veiled women.
