Miniature, vignette, left margin: Christ: Miracle of Loaves -- Christ, cross-nimbed, with right hand raised in blessing and with left hand extended toward group of men, most wearing headgear, seated on ground. Behind them small group of fish and pile of loaves on hilly mound. Scene in landscape with buildings in far background. Miniature for text read after Twelfth Lesson on Seventh Sunday after Feast of Trinity (from Mark 08:01). Initial D enclosing head of man at beginning of Collect "Deus virtutum cuius est totum quod est optimum insere pectoribus nostris amorem tui nominis ..." Margins decorated on three sides with scrolling floreate and foliate decoration inhabited by half figure of angel, with joined hands raised, emerging from cloud (left).
