Christ: bearing Cross -- Christ, crossed nimbus, grasping upright of cross with both hands, carries it on His right shoulder. Behind Him, Virgin Mary, decorated nimbus, veiled, holds cross with right hand, left hand on her breast; Evangelist John, decorated nimbus, his head touching Mary's, grasps cross with left hand. Also behind the cross are three (?) men wearing hats, and soldiers, some only spears visible. To right of cross, soldier holds bannered spear, possibly decorated with dragon; two others walk backwards, one grasping upright of the cross with left hand, raising club (?) over right shoulder.
