Miniature:
Shepherds: Annunciation -- Of two shepherds, one sits on ground indicating himself with his left hand, and the other, wearing hat, stands holding staff. Sheep are in background. Above, bust of angel appears in arc of Heaven emanating rays.
Scene in landscape with tree, and with hills in distance.
Margin, lower:
Hybrid with grotesque head and bat wings emerges from tree; another hybrid man, wearing hat, eats loaf (?) held with both hands.
Margins decorated with border of floreate ornament.
