Christ: before Pilate and Pilate: washing Hands -- Group of men, wearing hats, stand behind Christ, cross-nimbed, with hands crossed. At left is Pilate, wearing pointed hat, seated in throne beneath canopy, washing hands in basin with water poured from pitcher by servant. Behind scene is wall, behind which are two men, wearing hats.
