Upper register:
1) Christ: Resurrection -- Christ, with crossed rays as nimbus, with right hand raised in blessing and with cross-inscribed banner in left hand, stands draped in shroud before sarcophagus (?), surrounded by three soldiers, one wearing armor, behind sarcophagus, one wearing hat, both sleeping, and the third, behind sarcophagus, holding halberd and looking toward the Christ. In background, landscape with river and distant city.
Lower register:
2) Christ: Harrowing of Hell -- Four nude figures walk from Hell Mouth, with lead man holding extended right hand of Christ, with crossed rays as nimbus, draped in shroud, holding cross-inscribed banner in left hand. In background is landscape.
