Christ: Nativity -- Joseph the Carpenter, nimbed, holding lantern, stands behind Virgin Mary, nimbed, flanked by ox and ass, kneeling with two nimbed angels, all three with joined hands raised toward nude Christ Child, nimbed, emanating rays, laying in basket filled with hay. Scene within shed.
In background behind low wall are three shepherds (?), and in distance in landscape are two shepherds with flock of sheep, looking toward angel in sky, emanating rays (Shepherds: Annunciation).
