Cyrus the Great: Proclamation -- Cyrus, wearing crown, holding scepter in left hand, sits on canopied throne before four men, including one in high priest's miter, with left hand pointing toward partially-built city of Jerusalem, with three workmen, all wearing hats, one with carpenter's square, one gesturing, and one boring board with awl.
In upper, lower, and center margins, ivy-rinceaux foliate decoration.
