Stephen Protomartyr: Stoning -- Stephen, nimbed and tonsured, stone on bleeding head, wearing vestments of deacon, kneels with joined hands, looking up toward cloud emanating rays. Behind him, torturer, wearing hat, stands raising stone in right hand.
Lawrence of Rome, nimbed and tonsured, wearing vestments of deacon, holding gridiron (grill) with right hand, looks down toward open book held with his left hand.
Margins decorated with border of floreate ornament, including daisy, on ribbon entwined around barren vine.
