Christ: Presentation -- Joseph the Carpenter, holding staff in right hand and hat in left hand, Anna the Prophetess, holding doves in cage, and Virgin Mary, veiled, holding nude Christ Child, with rays as nimbus, stand around altar draped with cross-inscribed cloth. Behind altar stands Simeon, with draped hands held over cushion on altar. In background are seven figures, including four women; man holding lighted candle; and two hooded men. Scene in interior of temple with carved decoration, arches, and curving stairway.
Scene enclosed in architectural frame with columns and pediment.
