Christ: Presentation -- Simeon of Jerusalem, nimbed, wearing bishop's miter with infulae (?), stands behind draped altar holding, with draped hands, nude Christ Child, rays as nimbus, left arm extended. They both look toward Virgin Mary, nimbed, with draped hands, kneeling before the altar. Behind Mary, Anna the Prophetess, holding candle with right hand and basket containing two doves with left hand, also kneels before the altar.
Scene in room with wood ceiling and windows.
Miniature within arched frame over two trilobed arches decorated with architectural ornament.
Margins decorated with border of floreate ornament inhabited by woodpecker (?), butterfly, and pigeon (?).
