Miniature, vignette, right margin: Christ: Miracle of healing Woman with Issue -- Accompanied by three men, the foremost, wearing hat and belted purse, with right hand pointed, only bust of veiled woman is visible, nearly prostrate, with left hand extended to mantle of Christ, cross-nimbed, with right hand raised. Scene in hilly landscape with trees and city buildings in distance. Initial I enclosing Evangelist Symbol of Matthew (angel), with both hands holding blank scroll; against gold background, at beginning of Ninth Lesson on the Twenty-fifth Sunday after Feast of Trinity. Initial C enclosing head of man at beginning of Homily, "Quinque panes hordeascei quibus in monte Dominus turbas pavit significant veterem legem ..." Text is end of Temporale. Margins decorated on three sides with scrolling floreate and foliate decoration, including strawberry, inhabited by busts of two men amid foliage (lower).
