Avis aus Roys: Text, Book I, Chapter 18 -- Before curtain hung from rod, crowned king, wearing mantle, kneels with hands joined in prayer at prie-dieu placed before draped altar with crucifix, figure of Christ in short loincloth and with decorated crossed nimbus. A second curtain hangs behind rear and right side of altar.
