Jean Froissart: Chroniques, Book II, Chapter 28 -- Lord Mucident and three companions, all mounted, leave Paris, identified by standard with French arms flying from top of tower, and advance toward city, identified as English by standard flying from top of tower.
Text describes departure of Lord Mucident from Paris to return to the English in 1379.
