Anthony Abbot, nimbed, wearing monk's habit, holding book with two clasps in right hand and staff and rosary in left hand, stands amid flames beside pig. Before him kneels female donor, veiled, with joined hands raised. In background is church or monastery, with tile roof, rose window, and bell surmounted by cross at pinnacle of gable. Scene in landscape with trees and distant hills.
In lower margin is escutcheon with unidentified arms (gules a griffin or within a bordure azure with bezants, impaled with argent a bend sable accompanied by an estoile of six points gules).
Margins with ivy-rinceaux, vinescroll, and floreate ornament, with foliate baguettes framing miniature and textblock.
