Scene in hilly landscape with city buildings in background. Miniature at beginning of Ninth Lesson according to Matthew for Feast of Apostle Andrew (11.30). Margins decorated on three sides with scrolling floreate and foliate decoration, including strawberry, inhabited by owl (upper); hybrid animal (right); and monkey holding mirror (lower).
