Christ: Ascension -- Above, only legs of Christ are visible as He disappears into starred clouds. Below, Apostle Peter, tonsured, decorated nimbus, raises right hand and holds book in left hand. Behind his head, nimbed heads of five other apostles are partially visible. Virgin Mary, decorated nimbus, veiled, and Apostle Paul, decorated nimbus, point with right hands toward the Christ and hold books in left hands. Behind head of Apostle Paul, heads of three other nimbed apostles are partially visible.
Scene is set in gold background and enclosed within architectural setting composed of trefoil arch surmounted by building structures and turrets.
