Zone 1:
1) Jephthah: met by Daughter -- Three soldiers and Jephthah, all in mail, armed with shields and lances, one bannered, ride on horses. Jephthah, mounted on caparisoned horse, joins hands and faces daughter raising square tambourine, and two attendants, all in portal of building. Illustration of Judges 11:34-35.
2) Jephthah: Daughter mourning -- Seven female companions, with hands clasped, stand behind Jephthah's daughter raising clasped hands to her head, on hill with tree and plants. Illustration of Judges 11:38.
Zone 2:
1) Jephthah: Sacrifice -- One of three women covers eyes with veil; Jephthah's daughter kneels before altar with hands joined and her hair grasped by Jephthah raising sword in right hand. Tree. Illustration of Judges 11:39.
2) Abimelech: slaying Brethren -- Two of six brethren are seized by soldiers in mail holding swords; one soldier strikes head of brother, and another holds severed head of brother falling on stone. Illustration of Judges 9:5.
