Virgin Mary: Visitation -- Virgin Mary, nimbed, wearing fillet, extends hands toward Elizabeth, nimbed, veiled, extending her arms to Mary. Both stand on road. Behind Mary stands Joseph the Carpenter (?), nimbed, holding hat in right hand and staff in left hand. Behind Elizabeth stands woman, wearing hat. In background is landscape with trees, river, hills, and church (?).
Margins with scattered naturalistic flowers in diagonal bands, including viola, bachelor's button, rose, and strawberry.
