Christ: Flight into Egypt -- Virgin Mary, nimbed and veiled, seated sideways on bridled ass, holds swaddled Christ Child, nimbed. Joseh the Carpenter, carrying draped staff over right shoulder, holding reins of ass, walks at head of ass, looking back toward Virgin Mary. Idols have fallen from tower in background.
Miniature in frame with arch, decorated with pearls and inscribed DEVS IN ADIVTORIVM MEVM INTENDE.
