1) Zosimus of Palestine: Scene, entering Monastery -- At left, within cross-surmounted monastery, abbot, nimbed, mitered, wearing abbot’s habit, accompanied by tonsured monk, the abbot gesturing toward Zosimus of Palestine, nimbed, accompanied by group of tonsured monks, all monks wearing habits (most with only heads visible), at far left in monastery, draped altar on which is cross on base.
2) Zosimus of Palestine: Scene, Monks at Mass -- At right, within cross-surmounted monastery, monk, with draped left hand holding chalice, and with right hand extending wafer to mouth of monk, with joined hands raised, accompanied by group of monks, all tonsured and wearing monk’s habits, one embracing abbot, nimbed and mitered, wearing abbot’s habit (Scene, Liturgical: Celebration of Communion).
