Right margin: Angel, playing viol, flanked by putti, atop carved pedestal, with two additional putti in niches in base.
Lower margin: Merman, wearing helmet and breastplate, holding shield and sword, faces mermaid, bare-breasted, holding mirror in right hand and touching her hair with left hand.
