Saints, Hierarchy -- Among group of 17 male and female saints, facing each other, one reads from open book with pseudo-inscriptions on lap (reading), one holds palm, one holds book and another holds sword and book. Scene in landscape with trees in background. Margin, upper: Half figure of angel, nimbus as rays, emerging from foliate bud, extending hands to stems. Margin, right: Mask issuing from foliate ornament. Margins decorated with foliate and floreate ornament, including daisies and strawberry. Text is from Antiphon for Lauds of Feast of All Saints (11.01).
