Christ: Piet³l -- Virgin Mary, nimbed, veiled, with joined hands raised, sits and holds in her lap body of Christ, nimbed, with eyes closed, wearing short loin cloth, with wound in His side. The head of Christ is supported by Evangelist John, nimbed, seated or kneeling beside Mary with two Holy Women, both nimbed and veiled, one with joined hands. To right kneels male donor, as young man, with joined hands raised. In background is tau cross with blank titulus and distant landscape with hills and trees.
Margins with floreate ornament. In lower margin is escutcheon with arms of Navarre (Gules an escarbuncle in orle or), surmounted by a crown.
