1) Mary of Egypt: Scene, repulsed from Church-- At left, Mary of Egypt, with head turned away, standing outside cross-surmounted church in which is kneeling group of men and women (most with only heads visible), two with joined hands raised, all kneeling before draped altar on which is cross on base.
2) Mary of Egypt: Scene, kneeling before Statue -- In center, Mary of Egypt, with right hand raised in blessing, kneeling before nimbed statue of Virgin Mary, veiled, with right hand raised.
3) Mary of Egypt: Scene, kneeling before Altar -- At right, within cross-surmounted church, accompanied by group of women, at least one with joined hands raised, Mary of Egypt, wearing headdress, with joined hands raised, all kneeling before draped altar on which is cross on base.
