Miniature:
Mary Magdalen, rayed nimbus, sits with open book on lap before cushioned bench on which is ointment jar beside her. Figure in front of wall tapestry in vaulted room.
Margins decorated with border of floral and foliate ornament, inhabited by male figure with hood topped with ball playing pipe and tabor. In lower margin, medallion enclosing catchword LIS SUIS (continuation of last word of antiphon, CAPI[LIS SUIS] on last line).
