Roman de la Rose: Scene, Nero committing Suicide -- Between two trees and flowering bushes on hillocks, two men hold Nero, crowned, with sword in left hand stabbing himself in breast. Scene against spiraling filigree background within frame of miniature decorated with tendrils in right column.
