Legend, Dance of Death -- Apothecary, wearing hat, behind desk with open book with pseudo-inscription and object, possibly scale or mixing plate, is flanked by two corpses (skeletons), including one touching his right shoulder and the other holding his left arm. Scene in room or shop with shelves on the walls with jars, and tile floor. Scene in medallion in right margin.
Margins with ivy-rinceaux, foliate, and vinescroll ornament.
