Jean Froissart: Chroniques, Book II, Chapter 116 -- Soldiers, in full armor, one holding standard with arms of Soisson, lead by General of Soisson, wearing surcoat decorated with arms, attack with spears soldiers of Sempy, in armor, some wounded, including one raising dagger and another holding sword and shield. One soldier holds standard with arms of Sempy.
Text describes battle of Bridge at Commines, November 7, 1382.
